Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 21 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by May 28, 2024. CR Number : 2109552 Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. Contract term: Five years Anticipated Contract Start/End Dates: 03/01/2025 - 02/28/2030 Owner Rights : OMH reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award.
