Renovation of a multi-residential development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,124-square-foot multi-residential development.
The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the AMP 72 Toomey Abbott Tower Lobby Renovation ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ONLY as specified herein, especially as detailed within Attachments H, each attached hereto. 1207 Almond Street, Syracuse NY 13202 Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Every request for an official interpretation shall be made by the prospective bidder, in writing, pursuant to the schedule set within the IFB document issued and as directed by the Agency. Approximate Delivery Date / Start Date: 10/31/2024 The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the AMP 72 Toomey Abbott Tower Lobby Renovation ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR ONLY as specified herein, especially as detailed within Attachments H, each attached hereto. 516 Burt Street, Syracuse NY 13202 (office address); and, 1207 Almond Street, Syracuse NY 13202 Required bonds include a bid guarantee from each bidder, equivalent to 5% of the bid price and, from the successful bidder, one of the following: A performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Contractor shall obtain any and all required permits pertaining to any assigned work at his/her expense. Right to Reject, Waive, or Terminate the IFB. Reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the IFB process, or to terminate the IFB process at any time, if deemed by the Agency to be in its best interests.
