Reference Number 0000351397 Job Location 14048 Fellrath St. Taylor, MI 48180 The City of Taylor is soliciting bids for CDBG Residential Home Rehab. This rehab project includes the removal and replacement of an air cooled condenser unit. This is a Federally Funded construction project and is subject to compliance with all applicable Federal Labor Standards, but is exempt from Davis Bacon Act. Per local policy both a performance and payment bond equivalent to the full value of this contract will ONLY be required (prior to beginning work) if the contract amount exceeds $50,000. Taxes and permit fees DO apply. Remove and replace existing A/C air cooled condensing with new unit, manufacturer to provide most current refrigerant to replace R-410A. Contractor to replace existing coil on furnace under crawlspace as required. All work is to meet local code inspection standards. Permits (with contractor responsible for fees) to be pulled from City of Taylor and all inspections to be scheduled with the City of Taylor Building Department. Quote to include all necessary Materials, Insurance, Labor, Taxes, Permits & Dump Fees Questions are submitted online No. General Requirements - Federally Funded - Insurance Required
