Reference Number 0000269497 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/15 12:00:00 AM CDT Loading, hauling, and depositing traffic gravel on Provincial Road 280, from Kilometre 0 to Kilometre 147 and PR 280 and PR 290 Gravel Patches. COMMENCEMENT OF WORKING DAYS Working Days will be assessed by the Engineer starting MAY 29, 2024, or on the date on which the Contractor commences work on any Item of Work listed, whichever is earlier. The Work shall be completed on or before the expiration of TWELVE (12) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified time limit will be charged at the rate of SEVEN HUNDRED ($700.00) dollars per Working Day until the work is completed.
