Saving Project...

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Burnsville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

The project area is located at the end Meadow Road near East Main Street (GPS 35.91661-82.28737). Contractor will use labor, equipment and materials for the repair of a reinforced concrete box culvert. Repair and reconstruction of the dislocated box culvert roof slab is needed. All work is to be completed in-kind and within existing footprint to return the facility to its pre-disaster design, use, and function. This project is funded by FEMA and subject to certain Federal contracting provisions and Federal Uniform Guidance. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract. The bids must be for a lump sum. No bids are allowed on a contingency or percentage basis.
