The Installation Period will open Monday 06-17-2024 with completion by Friday 08-09-2024. YCS reserves the right to split the project into one Restroom now and one later. PROJECT DIRECTOR: Derek Murphy, Director of Maintenance/Transportation, Yancey County Schools PREBID CONFERENCE: No pre-bid conference is scheduled. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the School to inspect conditions and verify measurements, requirements, and field conditions. If available the Director or Project Manager will meet prospective bidders site visit. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm receipt by calling 828-284-7865. NOTE: Indicate firm name and RFP number YCS-RFP 24-03 on the front of each sealed proposal envelope or package, along with the date for receipt of proposals specified above.
