The Work will be constructed under three prime contracts Contract shall be awarded as follows: 1. General Construction Contract The scope of this contract contains includes, but is not limited to: General Construction: 1. Removal of perimeter coping/flashing 2. Removal of existing roof system to exiting metal deck 3. Installation of new scuppers as shown on drawings 4. Survey of existing metal deck to identify conduit locations 5. Removal and reinstallation of existing lightning protection system 6. PROPOSAL GUARANTY - Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal, payable to the "County of Niagara" as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
