Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lockport, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The scope of this contract contains includes, but is not limited to: 1. Upgrades to electrical service to new units 2. Electrical connections to equipment provided by other trades Location: N.C. Public Safety Bldg. 5574 Niagara Street Ext, Lockport, NY 14094 Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal, payable to the "County of Niagara" as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% The Contractor shall complete the work by November 1, 2024. CR Number: 2109460 No Bidder may withdraw his Proposal within fortyfive (45) days after the actual opening thereof The County of Niagara, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids, or to make any Contract which it deems to be in the best interest of the County.
