Renovation of a municipal facility in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Specific meeting instructions will be found on Bonfire prior to the meeting. Attendance is highly encouraged. All contractors intending to submit a bid are invited to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, Scope of Work, etc. may be discussed. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: curb and gutter, curb islands, concrete speed bumps, asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork, signage, striping, and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
