Question Deadline 05/24/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Scope of Services: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Surveillance and Access Control Systems Services. The City of Sunrise requires qualified and experienced State of Florida Licensed Contractors to provide maintenance, repairs and expansion to the Citys citywide security monitoring and access control systems. The system includes various CCTV Cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), Network Switches, Main and Distribution Cabinets, Access Control Network Servers, Access Control Door Hardware and Control Cabinets, Access Control Computers and Peripherals, including card printers, Related Software to both the CCTV and Access Control Systems. Fiber Optic Lines and Media Converters are located at various facilities throughout the City. Minimum Qualification Requirement: The Security Contractor shall possess and submit with their proposal all state, county and local licenses and/or certificates to prove their qualifications in security camera system maintenance, access control system maintenance, repair and the installation of related equipment for the City facilities referenced in the solicitation. All Contractor technicians working on City-owned equipment shall be fully qualified in systems installed within the City, to include the Citys current PVMS and Access Control, Exacq, Softwarehouse, CCURE, AMAG, and any future software and equipment. Contractors must have been in business for a minimum of five (5) years in South Florida and be Certified in the current Citys PVMS and Access Control or be able to obtain Enterprise Licenses as required.
