The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking Contractor to provide a bid for demolition, removal, and replacement of drain, waste line pipes in the crawlspace. All pipe and fitting replacement shall switch form cast iron to ABS piping as detailed in the Summary of Work. Completion date shall be on or before June 1, 2025. Final invoice by June 15, 2025.
