B/B-2 Minimum requirement Class B General Building Contractor license and/or B-2 Residential Remodeling Contractor license (preferred) issued by the Contractors State License Board, California Department of Consumer Affairs. If the Work is not performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in compliance with the Notice to Proceed, the LACDA is entitled to impose the Penalty of five hundred ($500) dollars per day. Completion Period: 30-Calander Days from date noted in the Notice to Proceed The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes.
