All documents related to this notice are available via this site. This contract will be for a period of 1 year , from October 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025 with the possibility of renewal for one year. The Cegep will award contracts in batches according to the following sites: Lot 1: Constituent College of Joliette, 20 rue St-Charles Sud, Joliette (Quebec) J6E 4T1 Lot 2: Constituent College of the Assomption, 180 rue Dorval, L'Assomption (Quebec) J5W 6C1 Lot 3: Constituent College of Terrebonne, 2505 boul. of Business, Terrebonne (Quebec) J6X 5S5 Lot 4: Head office, 781 rue Notre-Dame, Repentigny (Quebec) J5Y 1B4 The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his Bid. If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution and comply with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form. If the Bid is submitted on paper, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued by a Financial Institution in accordance with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01 of the Bid Form; b) a certified check, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION; In addition, each bidder must have in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours.
