Scope of the Work or the provisions of the Contract Documents (including, but not limited to, Contract Price) is required by the provisions of any Bond to be given to a surety, the giving of any such notice will be Contractor's responsibility, and the amount of each applicable Bond will be adjusted accordingly. The drawings which show the character and scope of the work to be performed and which have been prepared or approved by Engineer and are referred to in the Contract Documents. DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR UNITS OF WORK: 8" ASPAHLT PAVEMENT - 4,087 SY 8" AB-3 - 5,310 SY CONCRETE CURB & GUTTER - 2,823 LF STORM SEWER RCP (18"-30") - 1,471 LF PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will be held at N/A Question Deadline 05/24/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Design Engineer as defined in Article 2 of the Agreement in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
