Bid No. RFP042024TB Tierra Bonita Elementary School Roofing Project The Project consists of: Install new roofsystems on top ofthe existing standing metal seams roofs for approximately (10) portable buildings at Tierra Bonita Elementary School. Scope ofWork: o Remove and properly dispose of all the existing rain gutters and downspouts from the portable buildings. (Rooms 302, 303, 321, 322, 324, 325, 326, 327, 329,330, Boys and Girls restrooms) o Install 24-gauge rain gutters and downspouts o Install 24-gauge edge metal o Install %" plywood with #12 screws o Install new GAF glass underlayment o Install Two-Ply Roof System: - APP Smooth - GTA White Mineral Roof - Install APOC #248 white performance elastomeric coating. Title 24 o Replace any damaged or missing rain gutters and downspouts (In buildings that are not having the roofreplaced) o Clean out all rain gutters in rooms 301 through 330 General Notes: o The Contractor to verify the existing conditions of all the roofs. o The Contractor is responsible for keeping the building watertight during the installation. o The Contractor is to protect the grounds, concrete paving, and adjacent buildings from damage due to Contractor's work.
