Scope of Treatment Facilities Includes: Pump Station(S) and Yard Piping New Treatment Processes Including: Replacement Headworks Screen, Suspended Air Flotation; Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (Mbbr) and Associated Blower Building; Effluent Filtration, Chemical Storage and Feed Facilities, Disinfection, Standby Power, Scada Facilities and Related Improvements. The Cmgc Contract Will Include the Following Services and Work: Services During the Design Phase to Assist With Constructability Reviews, Project Cost Estimating and Identification of Value Engineering Ideas. One-step Qualifications-based Selection Process Cmgc Will Be Selected on the Basis of Qualifications and a Limited Number of Cost Factors. Owner Will Receive Statements of Qualification and Evaluate These, Along With Other Information, to Select the Most Highly Qualified Proposer. The Cmgc Contract Has an Expected Start Date August 1, 2024 and Duration for Construction of 780 Days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
