Question Deadline 07/12/2024 at 11:00 AM PT All questions regarding the Plans and Specifications must be submitted on the online. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE RANGE: $600,000 to $800,000 2024 Sewer Rehabilitation Project: Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: 6,565 linear feet of CIPP lining, top hat lining of 55 laterals, repair/replacement of 6 laterals, patching of 4 locations, and sealing rehabilitation of 7 manholes. Bidders must identify whether they are a Resident Bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 (Preference for Oregon goods and services). The City of Klamath Falls may not receive or consider a Bid for a public improvement Contract unless the Bidder is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Contractors or Subcontractors working with asbestos cement Materials must be licensed according to ORS 468A.720 (Qualifications for license) The City of Klamath Falls may reject any Bid that does not comply with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (Award and execution of Contract) (3)(b), and that the contracting agency may reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
