All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashiers check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. The engineers estimate for the project is $773,000 to $855,000, *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Any request for interpretation, clarification, or qualification received less than five (5) business day prior to the bid closing date and time will not be considered by the City and no Addenda will be provided.
