The Dakota Inn Dining Facility at Minot AFB, ND, is seeking sources and input on a requirement to replace the existing conveyor dishwasher. Requirement will include removal and disposal of the existing dishwasher and conveyor system, and installation of a new dishwasher and water softening system. Pictures of the current inoperable dishwasher are attached as well as a draft Statement of Work. Input is requested on the following: Recommendation of replacement dishwasher and water softening system. Requirements for electrical and water hookups that differ from the existing unit and any required modifications to the building. Type of labor involved. Comments or questions on draft Statement of Work. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. All requests for base access to attend the site visit must be sent to nitra.latta.2@us.af.mil AND sherra.miller@us.af.mil. Requests must include full name and represented company. All personnel requesting access to MAFB must possess a valid State or Government picture ID card. Individuals presenting ID cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or ID cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information.
