The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) is seeking a statement of qualifications and proposed rates to provide for architectural services at various locations throughout the Morris County park system. The Park Commission requests proposals and statements of qualifications, experience and references from individuals and firms qualified to provide consulting, planning, estimates, grant applications, design services, construction administration and other related professional architectural services, ect. for a variety of projects, in order to create a pool to be requested on an as-needed basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Qualifications must be made on the required forms within this document, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the Firm/Consultant and the Contract Title "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS RFQ #201-24 ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES" and addressed to Mark Demareski, Q.P.A., C.P.W.M., Qualified Purchasing Agent, at the address above. Prospective Consultants are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Those wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the qualification acceptance opening. No qualifications shall be accepted after the designated time. Prospective Consultants are not required to attend the qualifications opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices. Qualification review will not take place at the opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
