Description

Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of constructing demolition and removal of existing paving and soils, construction of two truck sheds constructed of pre-engineered metal building components, construction of a security building and fueling infrastructure, and new pavement, site utilities and improvements as shown on the construction documents.
