Lihue Health Center Laboratory Renovations The work generally consists of Renovation of approximately 1,300 SF of laboratory space. To include functional space layout revisions to laboratory benching, office and work space re-organization, equipment location updates based on functional requirements, HVAC modifications, plumbing fixture relocation and addition, electrical system modifications, finish refresh and window replacement. Bidders shall comply with all access requirements of the facility or the User Agency. Each Bidder shall bring their own flashlight and small tools that may be required to inspect the premises. Bidders and interested parties are required to sign-in at the meetings to confirm attendance. Check with Project Coordinator. The estimated value of the public works contract is $250,000 or more and the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall apply. Campaign Contributions by State and County Contractors Prohibited. If awarded a contract in response to this solicitation, offeror agrees to comply with HRS section 11-355, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from a State and County government contractor during the term of the contract if the contractor is paid with funds appropriated by the legislative body, at any time between the execution of the contract through the completion of the contract.
