The scope of work consists of replacing existing automatic tank gauging and leak monitoring systems with new automatic tank gauging and leak monitoring systems. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii Specialty Contractor "C-13" license at the time of bidding. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in online no later than May 22, 2024, 2:00 p.m., HST. RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. Verbal RFI(s) shall not receive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be provided for clarification and information only and issued by formal addendum. Any amendments to the solicitation shall be made by formal addendum and posted in online. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. The estimated cost of construction is between five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000.00) and six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
