To renovate the caretaker's residence at the Royal Mausoleum, Honolulu, Hawaii. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Kato, Eric K. The project is located at 2261 Nu'uanu Avenue, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii. The work shall generally consist of the renovation of the existing Mauna Ala Caretaker House. Scope to include, but not limited to: Removal of an existing bathroom, refresh of existing finishes, replacement of all interior drywall, replacement of existing doors and windows, replacement of existing lighting, addition of new entry porch, and partial new landscaping. In addition the house's current furniture, artifacts, and miscellaneous items are to be temporarily stored and with reinstallation following the construction. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification "B". The estimated cost of construction is $350,000.00. The award of the contract, if it be awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds.
