The proposed work includes, but is not limited to the following major work items: Mobilization Temporary Pressurized Water System Miscellaneous Structure Modifications Surface Repairs Interior Wet Area Abrasive Blast and Coating Exterior Area Abrasive Blast and Coating Logo Location Details City: Randall County: Morrison State/Province: MN Question Deadline 05/17/2024 Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security per the Contract Documents. Please make your check payable to CES Imaging and send it to 1701 James Circle N, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Widseth (7804 Industrial Park Road, Baxter, MN 56425). The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time set for receiving bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
