The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction including, but not limited to, maintaining traffic control measures, asphalt patching, milling existing pavement, installing tack coat, installing asphaltic concrete open graded crack relief interlayer, installing asphaltic concrete surface course, minor shoulder rehab with grassing, performing cleanup, and related work. The location of the work is at various locations within the City of Oxford, Georgia. When notified by and of the Department's recommendation for award of this Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall immediately secure Performance and Payment Bonds as per the Contract, properly execute three original Contract Documents and submit them to the CITY, with proof of insurance in accordance with Sub-Section 103.06, within five (5) calendar days of notification. The CITY reserves the right to return all Proposal Guaranties by registered or certified mail and its responsibility pertaining to them will end when they are mailed.
