Washington Street, partial depth pavement repairs plus 1.5" mill and fill on David Street, Eaton Street, and portions of S. Washington Street and Ross Street. The project also includes sidewalk repairs, curb ramp replacements, curb & gutter repair, and pavement striping. This project is partially funded by a Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), and as such, subjected to the Section 3 Clause from the Ohio Department of Development. This clause is in the Agreement as Exhibit B. Phase 1 of the project includes David, Noble, Ross, and Eaton Streets and will be constructed in 2024. Phase II consists of S. Washington Street, and will be constructed in 2025. The City intends to award both phases, with Phase II being tentatively awarded and added to the contract by Change Order pending an approved 2025 budget appropriation.
