Site work and paving for a civil project in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The base bid includes reconstruction of Colomet Drive by reclaiming existing pavement into a stabilized base, new underdrain, overlay with new asphalt intermediate and surface course, and pavement markings. Add alternate 1 includes minor grading and drainage improvements. Base Bid: $296,521 Alternate #1: $14,541 Base Bid plus add alternate(s): $311,063 Notice to proceed is expected to be issued within 60 days of bid opening. Substantial completion is September 27, 2024. The project is partially funded by ODOD 629 Roadwork Development Grant and ODOT Jobs & Commerce Grant. All inquiries must be submitted no later than Friday, May 17, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. local time. The City of Delaware reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality and to award the bid or bids to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as deemed to be in the best interest of the City, as determined by the City Manager.
