Site work and paving for a civil project in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The base bid includes reconstruction of Colomet Drive by reclaiming existing pavement into a stabilized base, new underdrain, overlay with new asphalt intermediate and surface course, and pavement markings. Add alternate 1 includes minor grading and drainage improvements. Base Bid: $296,521 Alternate #1: $14,541 Base Bid plus add alternate(s): $311,063 Notice to proceed is expected to be issued within 60 days of bid opening. Substantial completion is September 27, 2024. The project is partially funded by ODOD 629 Roadwork Development Grant and ODOT Jobs & Commerce Grant.
