Remove and replace unsuitable subgrade materials (unsatisfactory soils). Repave with 8" subbase course, 4" base course, tack coat, and 1-1/2" wearing course, as shown on the plan and details. Full depth removal of concrete tank pad paving materials (95 SY) as shown on the plan. Compact and test subgrade. Remove and replace unsuitable materials (unsatisfactory soils). Repave with concrete (155 SY) as shown on the plan and details. Seal cracks (300 LF) and seal coat paving material (1,050 SF) as shown on the plan. Mill 1-1/2 inch of existing paving materials (155,000 SF) as shown on the plan. Repave as shown on plan and details. Install paving backup as noted for entire work area.
