Successful bidder will be responsible for erosion control and any irrigation repairs needed as result of work completed. Cardinal Road Tree and Sediment Removal - trees have grown into gabion structures related to the drainage infrastructure in the area in the attached exhibit. Any damage to sidewalks will be repaired by successful bidder, and ruts restored to match existing grades. All work will needs to be located within the drainage easement. Access will be through the double gate for the resident. Any ruts, damage to irrigation, etc… shall be restored at completion of project by successful bidder. Limits of fill are approximated by the green markup in the provided exhibit. To achieve the most appropriate slope, it may be necessary to place some backfill material along the front face of the headwall downstream. Successful bidder will also add or reconstruct iron fence as indicated by the red markup. Additional fence shall match style of the existing. No estimates for fill quantity or additional fence length have been prepared. Disturbed areas shall be sodded or seeded and covered with North American Green S200 or equivalent turf reinforcement mat. Serenity Park Culvert Clearing - successful bidder will clear trees as needed to approximately 15’ upstream and 20’ downstream to restore grade of the channel and prepare culverts for sediment removal. Remove built up sediment from both sides of the 10’x7’ culverts. The east culvert is more severely blocked, and there is a steel encased utility line crossing through both culverts. Successful bidder is responsible for all haul off of trees and sediment, and will restore slopes once work is complete. Any damage to sidewalks will be repaired by successful bidder. No estimates of total tree count for removal, or volume of sediments to be removed have been prepared. It is recommended for interested parties to visit the site location to evaluate expected removals.
