Site work and paving for a civil project in Mansfield, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of July 23, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project includes the construction of approximately 2,800 LF of sanitary sewer pipe along Britton Road (Lone Star Road) and Holland Road from Heritage Parkway to Eagle Drive/Fox Meadow Lane. The project also includes full ashphalt pavement repair of portions of Britton Road (Lone Star Road) and Holland Road. A cashier's check or acceptable Bidder's Bond for 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid, as well as a completed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire as required by state law. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, maintenance bond and insurance as detailed in the Contract Documents. Computer-generated bids will be accepted as detailed in the Contract Documents. The deadline to ask questions is 6/28/2024 5:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to OWNER or ENGINEER. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities Estimate: $4,134,000 The Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraphs 15.06 of the General Conditions within 230 WORKING DAYS from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed
