The County of Monroe is accepting proposals for the layout/design and ensuing purchase, delivery and installation of furniture products within the offices of the Monroe County Friend of the Court. The location for installation is First Floor, 125 East Second Street, Monroe, Michigan 48161. Your proposal shall include the furnishing of all items, coordinating with the owner for confirmation of all finishes on the items, arranging for delivery of all items to the site, submittal of all warranty certificates on behalf of the owner to the manufacturer and certification that all items are complete and installed in a first class manner. There are a total of eleven (11) offices that are to be provided with new furniture. They are marked on the attached floor plan and numbered. The schedule in the Scope of Work/Proposal Form section provides a minimum requirement of the furniture to be designed and priced for each office and for the total project. Each vendor shall provide a minimum of a schematic layout for each office area and if capable, a 3D view or other software designed layout to demonstrate your proposal. Each area or office shall be priced to show each item in the area/office, the dimension, the cost and total including installation as a separate line. All vendors shall use the Scope of Work to match up with your proposal and submit as your response.
