UW-Rock County at Whitewater Roof Replacement - The Work consists of partial roofing replacement at UW-Whitewater Rock County in Janesville, Wisconsin for Rock County. 1. Base Bid: Roof Area 10 Location- 2909 Kellogg Ave Janesville, WI 53546 The Work also includes: 1. Related sheet metal and carpentry work, as shown in the Construction Drawings, including new shop-fabricated, 24 gauge prefinished metal perimeter flashings. 2. Replacement of existing roof drains with new cast iron roof drain assemblies. a. Work to be accomplished by a licensed plumber. b. Include under-deck clamping ring. 3. Removal of all unused curb penetrations: a. At each unused curb penetration, contractor shall provide a watchman on the interior during removal of the curb, to ensure the area is protected from pedestrians. b. Patch the opening in the roof deck as needed before installing new roofing. c. Ensure any debris on the interior is cleaned up after removal of the penetrations. Rock County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes; to waive any technicality or error in any bid or part therein, and to accept the same or combinations, in whole or in part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Rock County.
