Blackhawk Technical College is seeking responses from an established and experienced janitorial and cleaning service to manage all the related items for Blackhawk Technical Colleges Monroe Campus. The successful firm shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision needed to properly clean all facilities to the satisfaction of the college. Given the size of the facility, diversity of space, variety of cleaning tasks, and critical nature of the operations and equipment, only established and experienced janitorial and cleaning services firms will be given consideration for the award of the contract.
