Fairgrounds Bathroom Roof Replacement Rock County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes; to waive any technicality or error in any bid or part therein, and to accept the same or combinations, in whole or in part, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Rock County. All questions concerning this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to Sarah Smith, Purchasing Manager. Questions must be received by 12:00 noon (local time), May 20th , 2024.
