73-23039 (DPS-240014) OSP Portsmouth Dispatch Renovation 7611 US Highway 23 Lucasville, Ohio 45648 Scioto County Scope of Work: Interior renovation of the Portsmouth Highway Patrol Post including, dispatch room, B.A.C. room, restrooms, along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. Post to remain operational during construction. Deadline 05/20/2024 10:00 AM EDT The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent The percentage is determined by the contracted value of goods, services, materials, and labor that are provided by EDGEcertified business(es). The participation is calculated on the total amount of each awarded contract. General Contract - $350,000.00 The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating the Subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. This project need completed by 10/31/24 Bid Guaranty: Electronic copy of the Bid Guaranty must be uploaded with your bid, payable to the Contracting Authority for the amount of the Base Bid plus all additive Alternates and should include Power of Attorney. Original Bid Guaranty needs to be sent within 3 business days to the Planner: Tasheena (If your company does not submit a Bid Bond with your bid; but a certified check, cashier's check or a letter of credit with your bid; a Performance Bond will be required) EDGE is required for bids exceeding $50,000. Participation should include 5% of the full bid amount including labor and materials. EDGE vendors can include labor and material suppliers. Prevailing Wage rates are required for any state project that exceeds $75,000. All required compliance documents and forms need to be submitted as soon as possible after the Notice of Intent to Award is received.
