Site work for a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, chemicals, and incidentals necessary to inspect, test, mechanically clean, and redevelop five (5) relief wells, to reduce head losses and improve their performance. The wells shall be mechanically cleaned and re-developed to remove sediment, bacterial sludge, mineral encrustation, and clogging. The Contractor shall document the Work including measurements of water level, flow rate, and specific capacity, and video inspection, of each well before and after mechanical cleaning. The Work shall also include collection and disposal of all debris, sediment, and discharged water. The selected Contractor shall have at least 10 years of experience in the installation, inspection and testing, and mechanical cleaning of relief wells or similar water wells.
