Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,640-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

The County intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price agreement with a successful bidder for a renovation and improvement project for the Eddy County Shooting Range in Artesia, New Mexico. Services to be performed include earthwork, concrete, metal building fabrication, foam insulation, framing, drywall, painting, acoustical ceiling, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and other construction items relating to the project. The awarded contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment needed to perform the work as per the provided construction plans and specifications. Offerors may contact ONLY the Procurement Manager regarding the procurement. Other County employees do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the County.
