For a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) utilizing the three step process; Qualifications Statements (step 1), issuing a Request for Proposal to Short-Listed Finalists (step 2), and interviewing said Finalists (step 3) DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Project consists of the Interior Renovation of approximately 1,700 SF of currently vacant space in the Artesia General Hospital. The area will be renovated to house a new Behavioral Health Clinic. The new program includes; a waiting and check in area, two exam rooms, two counseling rooms, three provider offices, a restroom and support staff area.
