Renovation of a medical facility in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,700-square-foot medical facility.
For a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) utilizing the three step process; Qualifications Statements (step 1), issuing a Request for Proposal to Short-Listed Finalists (step 2), and interviewing said Finalists (step 3) DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The Project consists of the Interior Renovation of approximately 1,700 SF of currently vacant space in the Artesia General Hospital. The area will be renovated to house a new Behavioral Health Clinic. The new program includes; a waiting and check in area, two exam rooms, two counseling rooms, three provider offices, a restroom and support staff area. Any questions concerning the General and Contractual Conditions of the bid shall be directed to Jeremy Kern, AGH Project Manager, jkern@artesiageneral.com. Questions regarding the specifications and scope should be directed to the Architect, Jos Zelaya, AIA, Huitt-Zollars.
