Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,500-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Construction of the new Tampa Fire Rescue Fire Station #24 Tampa. The project consists a single story tilt-up concrete building with four vehicle apparatus bays as well as a three-story training tower. The building also includes administrative offices, fitness room, day room, dorm rooms, laundry and equipment maintenance and storage; pavement facilities will include access roads, parking area for POVs, circulation around the facility and extensive sitework; utilities include extended water distribution, sanitary sewage collection/pumping, natural gas, and electrical distribution systems to primary facilities, as well as, information systems, basic telephone, computer network connectivity, fiber optics, security and fire alarm systems. TIMELINE: As of September 23, 2026 design is being finalized. Groundbreaking ceremony has occurred. Construction expected to commence January 2027. All trades have been secured.
