The Work generally consists of maintaining and operating Bayview Cemetery in a manner and condition acceptable to the City of Ketchikan (Owner). The contract period is for (3) years beginning on June 15, 2024. The City of Ketchikan reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in the interest of the City. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise owners are encouraged to apply. If electronic submission is not used, the Bidder shall submit their original bid in paper form, in a sealed opaque envelope plainly and legibly labeled "Bid Enclosed for Cemetery Maintenance & Operations, Contract No. 24-20".
