Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This biennial project/construction contract aims to repair the pavement as required within city-owned or maintained parking lots and off-street bike paths. Work generally includes asphalt patching, crackfilling, sealcoating, resurfacing, concrete replacement and pavement striping. Bid Bond 10% All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Ryan La Russo at larussor@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, May 14, 2024 by 12:00 p.m. If required, a written response in the form of an addendum will be issued. No contact with the TRANSPORTATION / ENGINEERING / DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS GROUP shall be made during the bid process. Questions asked after the deadline are not guaranteed a response.
