Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Naperville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of installation of exterior light poles, directional boring of conduit, wiring for exterior lighting, installation of an electrical panel as well as other miscellaneous sitework to complete project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Peggy Motta in writing to pmotta@napervilleparks.org. Questions will be received in writing only until 12:00 PM, July 15, 2024. A bid bond is not required for this project. If a bid is accepted, a Labor & Material Payment Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction. A Performance Bond, payable to the Naperville Park District, for not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount will be required prior to beginning construction on all projects The Park District reserves the right to reject any non-responsive or non-responsible Bids or to reject all bids and waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Park District.
