As of August 15, 2024, per addendum 4, the bid date has been extended from August 8, 2024 to August 15, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The project includes: Installation of a 0.5 million-gallon elevated water tank; removal and replacement of existing pavement; installation of new watermain, sanitary drainage pipe, and stormwater sewer associated with the new elevated tank; installation of electrical controls, conduits, and cables associated with the new tank; installation of a new fence around the proposed central elevated tank site; and installation of the proposed retaining wall. All questions concerning this bid shall be submitted in writing at least five business days prior to the online bid opening to Carla Soria at soriac@naperville.il.us. The deadline for questions is July 31, 2024 by 12:00 p.m. The Contractor shall begin work no later than Ten (10) days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed or a Purchase Order and obtain Substantial Completion on or before February 27, 2026 Project substantial completion date is February 27, 2026.
