As of May 7, 2025, please note the Parkland PDC IT Specifications - COMMUNICATIONS TWISTED PAIR CABLING has been added to the documents folder. All Division 27 bidders please review and ensure you proposals comply. The Beck Group has been awarded a Design/Build contract for the Parkland WISH 8&9 Floor Finish out project. The ~62,000 SF finishout of shell space on the 8th and 9th floors of the WISH Tower will add 112 Med-Surge Beds. Beck is inviting you to provide a proposal for the CD documents. Beck will be submitting a GMP to Parkland early June and awarding subcontracts based on the pricing received. Key Project Information: Review the project schedule - The 8th & 9th Floors will be staggered with different substantial completion dates. MWBE Goal is 30% - Provide a pathway to achieve 30% participation or more in your proposal submission. Tariff Impacts - The expectation is that the proposals include any tariff impacts that are in effect at the time of submission. Please breakout the dollars associated with tariffs in the bid form. Future tariffs imposed will be assessed on a case by case basis. Construction is expected to start late June 2025 with the 9th Floor being completed by April 2026, in time for the World Cup. The 8th Floor is expected to be completed by July 2026.
