By accepting the qualifications of any Vendor, the College does not warrant or represent that any work will be issued to that Vendor. All awards will be made on a non-exclusive basis. Professional Services generally describes the types of assignments that the College anticipates it will give to selected Vendors; however, the College, at its discretion, may issue assignments to selected Vendors that are larger or smaller than, or different from, those listed in the category of Professional Services. All members of the design and construction team that will be involved in the commissioning process meet and agree on the scope of work, tasks, schedules, deliverables, and responsibilities for implementation of the Commissioning Plan. A general discussion of the scope of the service to be provided, with reference to the Scope of Work set forth in this RFQ. The term of this contract shall be for one year beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The College reserves the right to award a second year for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with no changes in the rates, based on the service and performance of the first year of the contract, and on the College availability of funds.
