Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Middletown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The proposed work consists of: all labor, materials, equipment, etc. for Tindall Park Tennis Courts Improvements Project including removal and disposal of vegetation, trees, tree trimming, court material, curb, walks, and existing fencing. The project will consist of grading, drainage improvements, construction of athletic courts, concrete walkways, retaining walls, sports lighting, curbing, and the partial milling and overlay of the paved parking lot and roadway, as well as other improvements detailed herein. The project includes the reconstruction of 16 existing tennis courts into 12 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. Throughout the project duration the Contractor must keep at least 8 tennis courts in operation for Township use. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, Proposal Bond, or eBond for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a maximum of $20,000.00. Such certification is to be without condition or qualification, and the check made payable to The Township of Middletown. Each bid must also be accompanied by an agreement to become Surety, properly executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and which agreement shall be attached to the proposal.
