Project Identification: Comstock STEM Academy - CPS2301-0102 1. Project Location: a. (existing) Comstock STEM Academy, 175 Hunt Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048 b. (new) Comstock STEM Academy, 7350 E. Main Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048 Project Description: Procurement and installation of technology systems for a new STEM building for Comstock Public Schools, which will include but not limited to audio-visual, access control, distributed communications systems, surveillance systems, and structured cabling. Recently replaced surveillance cameras from the current STEM building will be removed and reinstalled at the new STEM building, in addition to new cameras. The work schedule will follow the master construction schedule released by Miller-Davis. General construction site work will start 7/9/2024.
