Reference Number 0000351413 Job Location: Hartsel, Colorado Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified construction companies to perform culvert installation in the Hartsel area of 40 single tube culverts installed. After this installation, this bid will go to an on-call format. Please attach a time and materials sheet to the end of this bid on exhibit A. The culverts to be installed are to be 18 in diameter and 30ft long. Culverts must meet American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) standards for installation and materials. Please attach pricing quotes for both steel culverts and HDPE culverts. Question Deadline 05/21/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Responses will be shared with all potential respondents. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid.
